A good--but really tiring week---

..

I played two gigs this week...
Which is a lot for an old guy!
Hauling, setting up, breaking down, hauling...

Both gigs were corporate--which was awesome, 
simple clean gig's.
The first was in an aircraft hanger which had great acoustics

it was insanely cold in there.
This gig went really really well, the people for sure seemed
to appreciate what i was doing and gave me a lot of 
compliments...?

So my second gig this week also went well...
Although the acoustics in the 2nd locale sucked..
but there was just about 100 people at the 2nd 
event and they seemed to enjoy it as well..
so all in all a good thing...
I do admit I am looking for a little musical time off---
I suspended all my "TO DO's" around the homestead
and the gigs are even the reason why this blog 
is a bit short this week...sorry..

These guys names are gonna be on a list....
and then it's not going to be private jets and penthouses anymore...

Once you have lived long enough you come to
understand that Republicans, Religious fanatics (of any type)

Every little thing to them will destroy society.
Especially any improvement...
the sky, of course will fall if this or that 
is allowed....

they are ALWAYS wrong..
For example---
I am old enough to remember when Boy George 
indicated the end of the world..
to Republican's...!

Now he's just and old dude,
and the world is still here?
Whenever religious, conservative, fanatics rant on to me
on the Net, TV or in person.....
how this or that means the end of society or the world.....

It's tough being a musician with OCD---

You can never practice enough or worry enough

about your competence when it comes to playing out?

I have two gigs coming up...

Gigging Solo is a love-hate thing---

Love doing the gig (if it goes right of course)

hate the worry, insecurity, and nerves of doing a

solo guitar gig...

but---one way or another I've got to do it twice this week...

I'll be honestly reporting on the gig outcomes in next weeks blog..!

But somebody has found episodes and posted them
on You-Tube...
AND
People are treating the found episodes like they some kind of 
a wondrous archaeological find..?????

My latest find in the cheap, but works good, 

watch odyssey, 

is my new $9.99 (with free shipping) Chinese watch.

The watch's band completely sucks,
 (as is the usual condition with this kind of watch)
 but I changed out to a nylon band, i had on hand,
after taking these photo's.
It's keeping excellent time..
I do not think I can actually spend less than
this on a working watch...?

This Canadian comedy series is well---

very Canadian-ly funny...

I binge it late at night..!
