Lost in the valley of the shadow of the subplot.

Writing much of this blog in the day before the
paradigm shift of the 2016 election.
Paradigm shift--WTF?
Come this Wednesday morning regardless of which of
these creatures the 'Murican voter gives birth to:
our overwhelming feeling
is to simply go stoic.
WTF stoic?
Our plan is to hide in the crowd away from the results,
no matter who claims victory?

Remember all those 1950's SF movies,
(like Howard Hawks "The Thing from another world")
when strange shit awakens in the Arctic?
Well----Uh?

Herd cats the other night!
NO REALLY....
What had previously only been a commentary
on organizational fuck-ed-ness to me, became a reality
the other night?
One of our neighbor's cats has recently had kittens.
They are now big enough to go exploring and
both of them wound up in our fenced in courtyard
meowing to get out and the mom meowing
to get them back!
After figuring out what exactly the deal was we tried to herd
the two kittens, in the dark, out to the awaiting mom with
the results that you can only imagine?
After about twenty minutes of total cat dominated fuckdom--
i just left the gate open and the mom cat
came in the courtyard and escorted them both out!
So strange how a cliche' became a reality???

Being the wonderful, responsible neighbors to the south we are.
In 1950 we 'Muricans dumped a nuclear bomb off the coast of Canada..
Uh-Really..
It's been lost, yes lost since then?
The good thing (maybe??)
is that the Canadians may have found it?
We're lucky they are so nice and do not seem to
mind living next door to the nuclear hillbillies that we are?
The big question is--
If they actually found this bomb--?
Is Canada now a nuclear power?
Eh?

After playing the guitar for 50 years--
There is still strangeness--
As in noticing that there are multiple 'classic'
guitar tunes/riffs that you never learned to play,
and you are all like--
How the fuck did i not learn this?
Take for example, Clapton's  'Lay down Sally'.
I suppose bands i had been in never played it,
or i was learning other shit and never got around to it,
but it suddenly hit me, the other day,
that I've never played it?
Japan 1988
Working up my own version of it this week
during sessions?
Sometimes, there is just too much to learn?

Don't forget to view the super moon
Nov.13th!

Season two on DVD.

Well thankfully, all the weed legalization
proposals passed in this election!
At least the lucky fuckers in those states
can survive the next 4 years by getting high.
