In Murica'...television is more important than history...

Working on getting better--
post heart attack...
Considering that a month ago
i was well---
dead..?
Been getting lot of help in my recuperation
 from the neighborhood..!

An ancient Mayan(?) model of the universe,
built in a pond has been discovered by Archaeologists...
archaeologists-uncover-ancient-universe-model
Now it doesn't look like much,
in the below photograph but---
the ponds water represented the universe with
landmarks constructed at the bottom of the pool
representing specific elements of the universe...?
I find that ancient artifacts really activate
the weird section of my brain, you know...?
That part of us/me that is ready to believe
fucking ANYTHING
with just a little push?
I think it is completely awesome that a Fed-Ex employee,
Johnathan Pace...
using a standard laptop and working on his own as a hobby--
has expanded the range concept of prime numbers...
to 23 million and 1/4 some digits.
Way to go dude!
Prime number explained
It is also extremely weird that i ,
cannot balance our checkbook,
but yet i am fascinated by exotic math concepts and
insane mathematicians...?
There's nothing more i enjoy than an insane
mathematician biography!!!
How the fuck does that work you know?
I just cannot explain myself in this category,
that i have zero practical math ability, but love theorizing
on extreme number concepts????

Hopefully, sometime in a viable future, historians
will look back incredulously and ponder why,
we in this era allowed psychopathic corporate CEO's to dominate our world?
Much the same as we now wonder now why serfs allowed Kings
to exist for so long before killing all of them...?
The CEO of Intel--Brian Kranich
knowing the flaws within his company's computer chips...
sold half his stock in the company..
(all that he was allowed to sell by contract)
prior to the product's flaw becoming public news..

As always what probably took the stock fall hit,
was retirement funds...
Where is justice hiding when it comes
to these CEO public enemies---?
Japanese Retailer have an awesome tradition..
Post New Years almost all stores offer what is known as a---
LUCKY BAG
lucky-bag-roundup-up-a-tablet-box-of-techie-dreams
Each bag is loaded with products that are at least,
double the value of the bag's price..
The contents of the bag are a surprise to the purchaser
you do not know what you are buying.
If capitalism wasn't trying to squeeze the last ounce of
currency from we US citizens...
and
if American CEO's wouldn't enjoy laughing in my face...
I'd recommend we adopt this Japanese tradition..

I love the absolute happiness in the voice of
this Russian guy, Taras Kulakov in this video,
He opens a vacuum can-sealed, 1952,
US military, sleeping bag he bought off E-BAY.
Just his accent and running commentary makes it worth viewing...

This is a very interesting story from the
Willamette Week newspaper--
Portland Police prowled the garbage
of an officer under investigation for evidence
claiming that once
you place your trash on the street you have no
expectation of privacy on the contents....
and evidence collected from public resting trash
was completely legal...
So the staff of the Willamette Weekly prowled the garbage
of the Mayor, Chief of Police and several city council members..
and published a list of their trash contents..!!!
Willamette Weekly--Rubbish!
After reading to this point i am sure you are ready for the fact
that suddenly it was not so legal and correct...
to prowl people's garbage...?
The Power people got completely bent out of shape about it..
Fucking hysterical..
Great job by the Willamette Weekly,
that's some really good, old time newspaper work there..
 fucking awesome!

As always way way behind the times
since we have no regular TV...
but enjoying this----
