I'll be in my bunk----

This week has been better.
Alternating between progress and failure.
I managed to fight off a possible fall into depression---
thinking my way out of the first symptoms when they appeared.
My darling Jo helped me--she often puts up with
an immense amount of crap from me--
but the elements that can weird me into depression,
are the same elements that make me, well, me.

Let's not even discuss:
The CRAZY White Woman who pretends to be Black,
and winds up becoming head of the Seattle NAACP????
Samuel L. Jackson is not amused by this shit.
Let's be sure to totally ignore
anything what-so-ever regarding
Jeb Bush running for President.

After all--
the Imperial Bush Family ignores us little people..

Can you really believe how ignorant we are as a culture?
There is a guy, a quadriplegic, who
works in Colorado as a phone rep for Dish Network.
Besides living in Colorado where weed is legal,
he actually has a medical weed card--prescribed to control
his involuntary muscle seizures.
This poor dude cannot walk but he WORKS!
He was fired for failing his employer's drug test
due to weed consumption after work hours !
Dish Network claims a No-Tolerance policy, in a legal weed state.
On a job that for shit sure does not in any stretch of the
imagination have a safety requirement?
The Colorado Supreme court upheld his firing?
Just how fucking cruel---?
Just how fucking nasty Nancy Reagan can you be?
Just how fucking corporate heartless?
We need to fix this kind of shit...!

I have been failing at napping lately.
The first few months of retirement was Nap-rich.
As time has passed I tend to work through nap-time.
The day quickly passes and suddenly,
it's too late in the day for a really good nap.
So I pass.
I've got to work on my nap technique.

My Fighting Elves T-shirt is on the way..
If I have to explain this T-shirt to you...
You should immediately stop reading my blog..
go somewhere that only has pictures of kittens
and uses very small words.

I have had a recent run of tough luck
with several of my current geezer projects.
My attempt at building a solar power system for Jo's garden shed
has ground to a halt--
Frustration has set in because I have everything i
supposedly require to make a system work---
I have hooked everything up properly according to available information.
I can't power up the system.
There must be some type of glitch in my equipment or
a failure in my set up--
that is preventing access to the generated power--
or maybe i am not generating power at all ?
I currently have no idea what-so-ever as to what the root of the problem is--
I am hoping that possibly charging the system battery for a week will solve this problem?
Or possibly a new Inverter that i have in route?
Although----

Christopher Lee is gone.
He scared the shit out of us boomers many times.

On DVD
We really enjoyed this...
