This week's experiences with electronic information

devices and the Net---

Has not been good.

I have determined we have nothing what so ever

to fear from SKYNET taking over the world and killing all humans--

because 

nothing designed for or based on the Internet actually fucking works---

The following are a only a few examples of strangeness we have experienced

involving net devices and net services this past week:

Netflix suddenly decided that my wife are native Spanish speakers ???

For our benefit NetFlix switched all our streaming TV accounts 

into our new native tongue which of course, we don't speak a word of?

Then Netflix's Skynet also decided on it's own that our DVD order list

was unnecessary and deleted it--

But---

 Netflix's massive machine intelligence determined that the 

only DVD we really,really needed to receive after deleting all our real orders was 

PLANET OF THE APES!!!

in Spanish of course.....

and tried to send it to us on it's own

Along with this bizarre NETFLIX episode
My wife's long desired and finally obtained--
Apple IPAD--

 on it's own 
decided she was blind and would only speak, refusing to
display anything on it's screen---but as a plus it also refused 
any verbal or physical commands to stop talking and work properly---

So much for the fucking genius of Steve Jobs--

With only two buttons on an IPad--- and no screen display how do you convince it
you're NOT FUCKING BLIND!!!
I cannot understand why assholes camp out for
two weeks in line to be the first to spend huge amounts of
money for an information device that decides out of the blue
that you cannot see?

To get an idea of how bad it was....

We considered things starting to looking up for my poor darling JoJo when
her Kindle tablet decided to die at the same time the IPAD thought she was blind
--the Kindle was nicer--
It just committed suicide for awhile without talking us to death...
that disaster was actually a break after dealing with the talking IPAD...
The final problem, sort of the coup de gras 
(I love the french language,
 coup de gras translates as
deathblow of mercy...)

Is that I may never be able to post this blog since now in the
late evenings, my personal blogging time,
 our internet service for no reason 
routinely dies at odd moments.

Could all this just be a

coincidence?

My wife thinks this strangeness we are experiencing with all things Net orientated
 is the result of Chinese Hacking????

I can't believe that the Chinese government would
choose my wife and I, of all people--to bring down the Merican' system
by hacking our Netfix account into Spanish just for fun of it?

Would they?

Do you think the Chinese are laughing their asses off..

while i try to watch my Netflix British Mysteries in Spanish?

Jeb Bush in a recent interview stated that in his belief---for the American

economy to grow by 4% a year that--Americans need to work longer hours.

Then he immediately tried for a do-over...while the

American working public screamed-"What the fuck."

Unlike you, you rich Fuck, I'm working my ass off here---
Americans work longer hours than any other society in
the civilized world---

Jeb then stumbled around in the press trying to recover from what was truly a 

Freudian slip of the tongue---a real belief possibly slipped out--

who wants to make the application age limit for Social Security fucking 70...

who never accuses Wall Street, CEO's or 1%er's of being the problem

in the rape of the American economy...it's always the worker who is the problem.

The great thing about this incident is that the truth will out, so to say,

and the truth is, out of the 15 idiots running for the Republican nomination
Bush the real front runner and is either completely stupid, or totally evil..

With all the election talk of jobs creating them and saving them--from both parties..

This recent little fact from the Corporate headquarters of Ford Motor Company

seems to have slipped through the cracks...

Ford is shipping their small car production lines overseas

laying off 700 US workers in the process.

The Wall Street Journal article advises that Ford hasn't decided on either 

Vietnam or Mexico as the new home of Focus production.

Isn't that fucking great? Vietnam or Mexico?

 Ford is running away from the US for cheaper labor after the design and tooling

for the energy efficient Focus was developed with financing

 from the US Department of Energy.

This funding was provided from the taxes of the soon to be laid off workers,

as part of a program to develop fuel efficient vehicles in the United States.

The Focus is a high selling, popular vehicle across the world...

Ford says it's just not popular in the United States--so adios or tam biet---

(as they say in Vietnam).

Just how long are we going to allow this blatant robbery

of our national assets, our personal lives and basic human dignity in work

by the 1%er's to continue?

Omar Sharif passed...

I remember seeing Omar Sharif in Laurence of Arabia,
played in a huge, art-deco, east coast movie theater when i was 11 years old.
He was amazing.

Prior to Netflix's Hal suffering a nervous breakdown
all over our account, we did receive and view:

It was totally excellent...
we really enjoyed it.

It was a sweet little movie displaying people just living normally--

I highly recommend.

I haven't successfully built a plastic model in some time now.

This has been due to a combination of factors.

I have been extremely busy on house and yard projects,

and

I totally screwed up the last few kits I attempted--

Totally. 

So I have been hesitant to try building anything after several failures but....

Temperatures are now well over one hundred degree's here in the afternoons

and with heat at that level the afternoons are destined for laying about indoors in the AC.

So I am going to try building another Kit in the afternoons--a 1/72 scale

should (hopefully) look something like this:

This is a large kit--and I do better

 building a larger aircraft.

Easier on my eyes and hand eye control with larger main parts.

I love strange delta winged aircraft--I have my flying wing displayed in the nerd cave

and am very proud of it.

I'm going to try again and I can only hope I will build this kit properly. 

I'd love to display it next to the flying wing, in my little nerd kingdom.
