I have no clue what you're talking about, but I'm profoundly devastated

A confusing week---
Perhaps it was the Holiday?
Perhaps it was all the rain......?
Still trying to figure this week out ?

The natural process of turning into
a geezer brings about a new world of
problems never previously experienced.
I thought i would fill you in..even tho,
you will find this out for yourself, no escape.
For Example:
You wake up in the morning and your hands
look like you were in a death fight with a bear while you slept?
Every ding and bang now bruises my hands?
Big,red bruises appear with regularity
I have absolutely no idea of how they happened?
these bruises appear overnight from unnoticed daytime trauma?
There is the massive quantities of nose and eyebrow
hair which requiring constant, ongoing, trimming---
or else one awakens looking like this:
Geezerdom requires a great deal
more attention to detail in grooming,
especially
if you wish to appear still in control of yourself ?
Unfortunately your now poor eyesight does not help
with this trimming process.
I will fight to continue the grooming war for
as long as I can but,
I do now understand why some geezers give up
the grooming grind--it's tough and time consuming.

i just ordered my first ever
 pair of clip on sunglasses--
AARGH!
The end is near...
Samples of the
beautiful produce from my darling JoJo's
vegetable garden!

I am currently building a score cheat book for future busking.
I'm building this cheat book in a
6x8 leather covered ring book,
Wanting both something easy to carry and
resistant to the elements if necessary.
I am focusing on happy songs for my sets.
Nobody likes depressing music on their
street corner???
Well, maybe the Germans???
I took a leap of faith and ordered an amp
designed specifically for busking.
The battery powered Roland Street Cube EX.
I've spent weeks prowling the web reading
busking articles, websites, amp reviews.
I chose the Street cube EX as the best balance of
features, power and of course cost..
I can run both guitar and a mike through this amp.
50 watts of power, built in guitar effects, including a
tuner, and it can be powered for 5 hours at 50watts with
8 regular AA batteries!
This is really a decent package when you
consider the cost of the built in Roland effects
if purchased separately?
Since my plan is to busk with this amp i
bit the bullet and ordered the amp's protective case
at the same time.
The case will allow me to shoulder strap carry
the amp, and protect it from any weather conditions.
You can just roll up a flap on the case and the amp
is ready to go!
I'm still awaiting a reply from my city regarding what
permits may be required to busk so you might be right
in thinking i am pushing the envelope with this project
more than a bit--
It's not like there are big crowds shopping or out
promenading around and about in my little desert town...
Therefore predicting end results for this project is very difficult?
The size of the crowd i draw if I busk
is not important to me...
It is the concept of doing something viable,
different and appealing to me in my retirement.
Something i would never have been able to do while working.
If I never busk, I can for sure still use this equipment.

still keep a pair of two dollar bills hidden in my wallet,
because 60 years ago I was told it was good luck
to always carry one?

It is the original Star Trek's first TV airing 50th anniversary.
Sept 8th 1966.
Star Trek's 50th anniversary
The strangeness of this fact is that I
clearly remember trying desperately to
watch the first episode, while my father
in his best New Jerseyese,
kept constantly yelling at me...
"what da fuck are you watching?"

You seen this talented guy in a million films and
TV shows--but you probably never knew his name.
JON POLITO
he passed away this week at 65--
Sad.
Jon Polito

OK--
Lowe's is reportedly planning on installing robots
to both replace human salespeople and to
keep an eye on whatever real employee's are left?
They really want to do away with all of us, don't they?
I have two simple questions?
First--Once again, i ask, who the fuck do they think is
going to buy their shit once everyone is replaced by robots
and is unemployed ?
Second--When the average, good ole Murican' employee
is ratted out and fired because of a robot,
and subsequently,
shoots the living shit out of these robot bosses,
does that still count as workplace violence?

On Netflix streaming---
Crashing..
really funny.

 We discovered a great movie
pretty much by accident!
Midnight Special is
an outstanding Science Fiction film.
I had never heard of it until ordering this title
sort of off the cuff from Netflix.
Try it--
