I took my Mercedes, turbo-diesel, Smart
out for a drive Christmas morning.
It was quiet and nice and
I just drove it around the neighborhood
to charge it up, keep the fluids good.
As I was meandering about the neighborhood
I spotted another Smart parked on the street
and I had to stop and get a photo of
the two of them together!
Whenever I look at this photo however,
I keep thinking..
"Luke I am your father"
for some Goddamn reason?
In an effort to fight the ongoing guitar slump..
I cleaned:
the entire studio and guitar workroom,
all guitars and supplemental equipment,
and finally started two guitar repair jobs
I think, what I am attempting to do,
is to kill this, seemingly, never ending
playing slump, by improving the environment
that I work in for the upcoming new year.
I've tried almost everything else...
December was a great month for me
in finding cheap, and/or cheap homage watches.
Just yesterday I found and
ordered an insanely good copy of
Citizen's, Promaster Aqualand,
Divers watch..displayed below.
This newest homage watch cost me all of $19.00 US...
The company that makes this Aqualand homage,
also makes watches with built in cigarette lighters?
On viewing this bizarre combination of fire and time,
my first thought on a cigarette lighter/watch
combination is:
"What could possibly go wrong"

This was an insanely good week for
movie watching...
